Nature Spirits
Beliefs Traditions
The Nature Spirits now called
Sidhe and Elves were totally different than the eternal youthful, radiantly
beautiful humans known as Sidhe and Elves in days gone by. After the Celtic
Ancient Culture folklore Tuatha Dé Danann Sidhe and the Germanic Ancient Culture
folklore Alfar and Valar Elves left the Earth for their new homeworlds in the
Pleiades and Orion, the terms Sidhe and Elves were transferred to the Nature
Spirits who remained behind to help the peoples of the planet.
Elves normally travelled around
in troop like groups which could be rather large in size at times. When they
were not dashing around the lawn, the countryside or the ocean's edge, the Elves
liked to sit together in bushes, on tree branches and on the shoreline at lands
end.
The Elves tended to be on the small side.
Generally ranging from one to six inches in height, they had rather large hands and feet.
The Elves appeared to be for the most part attired in garments that glistened and resembled the
materials they worked with regularly. For instance, Grass Elves wore tight fitting green garments, while, Wood Elves often wore one piece
garments the color and consistency of tree bark.
All of the Elves had
one-pointed, organizing intelligence which they used to thread their thoughts
together, sending them out like connectivity bubbles. The Grass Elves were
totally engrossed in their work as they walked down the trails of their forests of grass.
The Seaside Elves centered their attention on the cellular processes of the
seaweed as they played nearby.

The Nature Spirits that
were called Fairies (Flower Fairies, Leprechauns, Pixies) all belonged to the
same tribe of Fairies, even if they were members of different clans. All of the Fairies
were notorious for their intense love of lively, toe tapping music; as well as, dancing
amongst the flowers of the field.
Gregarious and sometimes jovially
rambunctious, they were fond of animals and trees. They also had a keen sense of
humor; but, did not suffer fools gladly preferring to pester them with pranks or
to play tricks on them instead.
Fairies varied in height from
being quite tiny to being around three feet in height. Pixies were fond of wearing toadstool
or flower caps over their often red hair. Although pixies were partial to green,
they often changed the color of their garments as the seasonal cycles changed.
Leprechauns were usually
cheerful, male shoemaker's who were keepers of various kinds of treasure
including the proverbial pot of gold. Leprechauns were often suspicious of humans
who were overly inquisitive in regards to whatever they were safeguarding.
Flower Fairies moved swiftly
around the landscape with flashing pearly wings. Large
groups of Flower Fairies wearing resplendently hued robes resembled dewy strings of mist as they
floated through the air and tended to the flowers.
