Archangel Rikabiel comes to this local universe after many millenium of distinguished service as an Archangel in another local universe that has always been aligned with Divine Will, Divine Harmony, Divine Authority, Divine Love, Divine Light, and Divine Power. Archangel Rikabiel was known for awhile by her birth name from another local universe that of Archangel Rigziel. Now that Cosmic Archangels are being distinguished from this local universe's Archangels (who have a seven letter name), by using an eight letter name, she has decided to be known by one of her former appellations in this local universe. As a resident visiting Cosmic Angel, Archangel Rikabiel (Rikbiel) was a Merkabah Divine Wheel Charioteer who was a chief of the Galgallim angelic order. The Galgallim angelic order of Merkabah Wheel Charioteers who perform Celestial Songs was equal in rank to the Seraphim. According to Enochian traditions, Cosmic Archangel Rikbiel had acquired more spiritual attainment and commensurate spiritual rank than Metatron. She was also one of the heavenly spheres judgment angels. As Archangel Rigziel, she was one of the ten holy sefiroth divine feminine spiritual emanations of balanced and caring goodness. As Archangel Ridwan, she was known in Islamic traditions as an angelic guardian by the entrance to the earthly paradise. As Archangel Riehol, she was mentioned in the cabala as a governor of the zodiacal sign of Scorpio. As Archangel Riyiel, she was one of the seventy-two zodiac angel mentioned in the cabala. Archangel Rikabiel serves as the Cosmic Benefactor Archangel for the Virtue Omniangels groups and is Co-Chieftain Mentor of Archangel Amabael and Archangel Raphael. As an Archangel Rikabiel brings heartening objectives, elevating composure, and versatile distinctiveness to the Eighth Ray of Divine Coordination.

The Sacred Site focal point of Archangel Rikabiel and the Eighth Ray of Divine Coordination is the the Absecon Lighthouse, originally on Absecon Beach, which is located near Atlantic City in Atlantic County, New Jersey, U.S.A. The light station was first established and lit on Absecon Island in 1857. The original optic was a First Order Fresnel Lens installed the same year. Constructed of brick and iron on a foundation of granite blocks, the conical shaped attached to keepers, light was 169 feet high. The yellow tower has a red band midway. The keepers quarters were demolished but there are plans to construct a replica of them. Replaced by a light on the City Pier, the light was deactivated from 1933-1997. The original optic is still in the tower, and, Absecon Light was relit in 1997.
Currently under
rehabilitation as a Historic Site with a Visitors Center, the lighthouse is
managed by the State of New Jersey and the Inlet Public/Private Association... Archangels
