Archangel Razaiel is a Holy Sepheroth, Supreme Mysteries and Divine Wisdom Angel who wrote a biblically legendary book. Called "The Book of the Angel Raziel", the manuscript was encrypted with both celestial and earthly knowledge keys. Originally given to Adam as an informative and instructional guideline, fallen angels who were envious of the magical knowledge imparted stole it from him and threw it into the sea. The book was later partially restored to Adam who passed it on to the first Enoch who later on claimed some of it as his own writings under the guise of "The Book of Enoch". Noah used information that Archangel Razaiel had given him to build the Ark, and, Solomon learned how to perform powerful magic feats from it. Archangel Razaiel was also a herald of approaching cosmic divinity. He also acted in the capacity of mentor to Adam. The name Raziel connotes mystifying enigmas, and, Archangel Raziel was known as the angel responsible for the unrevealed heavenly expanses and ultimate unknowns. Archangel Razaiel was a chieftain of the Erellim, a group of valiant white fire throne angels that were responsible for instilling and inspiring virtues in both human and angelic souls. When a soul came before the threshold to the higher heavens, one of the Paradise Erellim came forth with two scrolls, one contained enumerations about all of their evil misdeeds and the other one contained their good works in their lifetime on Earth. On Earth, the Erellim Angels also infused the fruits, nuts, grains, grasses, and trees with virtuous luminosity and heavenly splendor. As Archangel Razvan, he was known as a heavenly portal angel who was also the Paradise treasury keeper in Arabic lore. As Archangel Razziel, he sometimes functioned as one of the angels of the evening hours before dawn. As Archangel Rathanael, he was able to counter the dark magic, bindings, spells, curses, and vampirism of female demon fallen angels, As Archangel Ratzuziel, he often served as one of the heavenly sphere guardians.

The Sacred Sites focal points of Archangel Razaiel and the Twelfth Ray of Divine Direction are the Sandy Hook Lighthouse, which is located on a New Jersey peninsula with beach, dune, forest, and marsh terrains and views of Manhattan; and, the Hoyt Arboretum, which is located in the West Hills in Washington Park, two miles from downtown Portland, Oregon, U.S.A. The Sandy Hook Lighthouse is the oldest standing light tower in the United States, the 85 ft high, octagonal lighthouse was built in 1764 and was originally named the New York Lighthouse. An active lighthouse illuminated by a 3rd order Fresnel lens, it is also a National Historic Landmark. Sandy Hook Lighthouse and the surrounding Fort Hancock are part of the Gateway National Recreation Area. Encompassing 185 acres, the Hoyt Arboretum is home to almost 10,000 trees and shrubs representing over 1,100 species from around the world. There are twelve miles of trails within the arboretum. Most of the trees and shrubs are labeled with information about their region of origin, common name, and scientific name. The arboretum also has a meadow, a picnic shelter, a visitor center, and volunteer tour guides.
