Archangel Michael (Mihael, Mika'il, Mikail, Mihael, Mikhael, Miha'il, Mikael, Hafaza) serves as an Archangel of the Eleventh Ray of Divine Mage, as well as, a Chieftain of the Global Omniangels. The Sacred Sites focal points of Archangel Michael are the Independence Hall, which is located on Chestnut Street between 5th and 6th Streets in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.; and, the Hoyt Arboretum, two miles from downtown Portland, Oregon, U.S.A.

Archangel Michael has been held in high esteem as the greatest of the angels in Christian, Jewish, and Islamic writings. Chieftain of the Archangels, a Chieftain of the Virtues, Archistrategos Commander-in-Chief, he was a Divine Presence Angel of Holiness, Mercy, Repentance, Righteousness, and Sanctification.  Under the auspices of the Eagle Animal Totem, he influenced the decisions make by leaders of countries and their ruling parties by inspiring them with faithfulness, trustworthiness, devotion, and other noble virtues.

His name was invoked in protective amulets, as a guardian angel in exorcisms, and on magical papyri. He was also associated with the planet Mercury. In Revelation 12:7, Archangel Michael, along with the good angels under his command, assisted the Woman Clothed with the Sun, when a war broke out in heaven because the fallen ones refused to discontinue their drag-on ("dragon") or siphoning off of the Shekinah light energies.

Overall in the Biblical texts, the role most often attributed to Archangel Michael, who travelled about in a windy chariot with fiery wheels, was that of a Higher Heavens, Chief Executive Officer. He preformed such duties as conducting and transporting people to the higher heavens, conveyed prayers heavenward and returned with answers and requested rewards, acted as a great prince protector warrior, and functioned as a trumpet blowing adjudication angel.

Archangel Michael never appeared before Abraham or any other biblical personage and instructed them to do blood sacrifices either of animals or humans as offerings to the Eternal One. Such instances would have been times when the fallen angels masqueraded as the good angels still aligned with divinity. Rituals that involved killing and blood sacrifice of any kind were and still are an abomination and abhorrent to those who serve Goodness. Instances recorded in biblical texts where people adhered to such defiling rituals, were following a darkly evil pathway of a deceiver angel false god.

In the Life of Adam and Eve Angel Michael told Seth when he arrived at Paradise after being attacked by a demonic animal during his journey that the oil of divine mercy from the tree of life would not be available to anoint humanity until the days of resurrection, restoration, and renewal. Archangel Michael was also credited with teaching Adam about agriculture and the law of the covenant, comforting Eve, and acting as a liaison messenger between the realms, and then conducting and conducting Adam to paradise after his death.

Archangel Michael was often referred to in The Old Testament Pseudepigrapha including the Apocalypse of Sedrach, 3 Baruch, 1, 2, 3 Enoch, Greek Apocalypse of Ezra, Jannes and Jambres, Life of Adam and Eve, Massekot Hekalot, Merkabah Texts, Nag Hammadi Texts, Sibylline Oracles, as well as, the Testaments of Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Solomon.

As Archangel Mihael, he was mentioned in the cabala as a Chief of the Virtues who promoted fidelity.  In The Magus, he also revealed as one of the Shemhamphorae, who were heavenly divine wisdom emissaries. As Archangel Mika'il (Mikail, Mikhael), he was mentioned as a protector angel to be called upon to assist with exorcisms in Arabic lore. As Archangel Miha'il, he was noted as the chief of the eagles angels who revered Allah in Islamic lore.

Archangel Michael was also one of the Hafaza of Muslim lore who protection humanity from the evil actions, deeds, and machinations of jinn, men, and Satans. As Mikael, he discovered unwholesome schemes and assisted governors and heads of state in taking the appropriate actions and necessary steps in order to thwart them.

Archangel Michael brings faithful dedication, assured perception, and holy creativity to the Eleventh Ray of Divine Mage. Archangel Michael imparts and heartens followers of foundational knowledge with superior visualizations, as they progress, step by step, from sporadic piecemeal comprehensions to complete universal understandings.

The Sacred Sites focal points of Archangel Michael and the Eleventh Ray of Divine Mage are the Independence Hall, which is located on Chestnut Street between 5th and 6th Streets in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.; and, the Hoyt Arboretum, which is located in the West Hills in Washington Park, two miles from downtown Portland, Oregon, U.S.A. (regular visits).

A United States National Landmark, Independence Hall was the site where the Declaration of Independence was debated and adopted.

Designed in the Georgian architectural style, Independence Hall was constructed of red brick between 1732-1753 to be the home of the Pennsylvania State House. Then during the American Revolution the building housed the Second Continental Congress.

Representatives from each of the thirteen colonies continued to meet there from 1775-1783. In the Assembly Room of Independence Hall, George Washington was appointed Commander of the Continental Army in June 1775 and Benjamin Franklin was appointed as the first Postmaster General in July 1775.

Then the Declaration of Independence was approved in Independence Hall on July 4, 1776, and read aloud to the public in what is now known as Independence Square. In the Declaration of Independence document, the unified colonies declared themselves Independent of the Kingdom of Great Britain.

The document also delineated their reasons and justifications for declaring their independence. The historic events surrounding the Declaration of Independence are celebrated every year in the United States of America on Independence Day on July 4th.

During September 1777, the British Empire Army occupied Philadelphia forcing the Continental Congress to temporarily abandon Independence Hall. After the end of the British Empire occupation of Philadelphia, the Continental Congress returned to Independence Hall on July 2, 1778.

The Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, and the United States Constitution were all signed in Independence Hall.

Philadelphia remained the seat of the United States Federal Government until 1800 when it relocated to Washington, D.C. When the Federal Government was still in Philadelphia, Congress meet in Congress Hall, Independence Hall served as the Capitol Building, and the Supreme Court assembled in Old City Hall.

Early in 1948 after extensive archaeological and documentary research, the interior of Independence Hall was restored to its original appearance. Independence National Historical Park was also established by the 80th United States Congress in 1948.

Consisting of four landscaped city blocks and some outlying sites, the historical park included Benjamin Franklin's Home, Carpenters' Hall, City Tavern, Graff House, Independence Square, and the Liberty Bell; as well as, early banks, Franklin's Desk, gardens, libraries, a portrait gallery, and restored period residences.

The standards set during the establishment of the national historic park and the restoration of Independence Hall inspired the historic preservation and rejuvenation of old Philadelphia.

A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Independence Hall is now part of Independence Square and an expanded Independence National Historical Park managed by the National Park Service which includes Old City Hall to the east, Congress Hall to the west, and Philosophical Hall.

The Independence Hall bell tower steeple originally held the Liberty Bell which is now housed across the street at the Liberty Bell Center. A Centennial Bell created for the United States Centennial Exposition in 1876 replaced the Liberty Bell in the Independence Hall Bell Tower.

Encompassing 185 acres, the Hoyt Arboretum is home to almost 10,000 trees and shrubs representing over 1,100 species from around the world. There are twelve miles of trails within the arboretum.

Most of the trees and shrubs are labeled with information about their region of origin, common name, and scientific name. The arboretum also has a meadow, a picnic shelter, a visitor center, and volunteer tour guides.

Accessible from the McLeay Trail in Forest Park, Hoyt Arboretum is also near the International Rose Test Garden, the Japanese Garden, and the Oregon Zoo... Archangels of Twelve Universal Rays
