Archangel Menadiel comes to this local universe after many millenium of distinguished service as an Archangel in another local universe that has always been aligned with Divine Will, Divine Harmony, Divine Authority, Divine Love, Divine Light, and Divine Power. As a resident visiting Cosmic Angel, Archangel Menadiel was known as Menadel, one of the Powers who had jurisdiction over runes, the zodiac, the cabala, and the sustaining of national beliefs and traditions. As Meniel, he was known as a Shemhamphorae revelator of divine wisdom. As Menakel (Manakel, Menaqel), he was know as a Cabala Wisdom Runes Zodiac angel. He belongs to an angelic group known as the Mantus who are absolute superlative divine will alignment angels who also act as Manu supreme destiny fate determiners. He was also one of Many-Eyed Ones, throne realm ophanim that watch over the earthly spheres and deeds of humanity to ensure that Cosmic Regency Directives are carried out with fiery dispatch.

The Sacred Site focal point of Archangel Menadiel and the Twelfth Ray of Divine Direction is the Iowa River, which flows through the University of Iowa Campus in Iowa City in East Central Iowa, U.S.A. Encompassing 1,900 acres the University of Iowa (Iowa) campus, the 300 miles long Iowa River, flows through the campus dividing it into east and west sides. The Iowa Old Capitol Building (Listed on National Register of Historic Places), along with the surrounding ten acres of land became the home of the University of Iowa in 1857. Designed by Daniel Cook, there is a Pentacrest of five major buildings at the center of the campus. The buildings include MacBride Hall, MacLean Hall, Jessup Hall, Old Capital and Schaeffer Hall.
